The Hogan Personality Inventory or HPI: a measure of normal personality, evaluating the strengths and competencies that enhance an individual’s career. These bright side tendencies are noticed quickly by others: the you that others see.

The Hogan Development Survey or HDS: a measure of dysfunctional dispositions, evaluating the problematic behaviours which can impede career success. These dark side behaviours appear after prolonged acquaintance or during times of stress, when the social mask slips off.

The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory or MVPI: a measure of personal standards, evaluating an individual’s fit within a corporate culture, this can be indicative of the kinds of jobs, work and environments that the candidate will find most satisfying.
