Engagement Survey

Brophy McPaul worked with the new MD of an SME who wanted to assess levels of staff satisfaction and engagement.

 

We suggested an engagement survey and recommended Primary Colours. This has the benefit of being externally benchmarked and multi-language, as well as providing on-line customised reporting. This enabled our client to understand quickly how people felt about their jobs, their teams, and their managers. 

Our client recognised that engaged people perform better. So we developed an action plan to improve both engagement and performance, based on the feedback from the survey.
