In this sales recruitment assignment, Brophy McPaul worked with a UK client who wanted to grow their business internationally. Hence our role was to identify candidates in a number of European countries – France, Holland, and Italy.
We ran a recruitment campaign in each of the territories on advertising and search. These campaigns were delivered in the local language to find individuals with the specific skills and experience base that the client was looking for. We also ran competency based interviews, created assessment centres, and used psychometrics, often in the candidates’ own languages.
Through this process, we were able to make several of these sales executive appointments internationally.
